Season 2021/2022, An Exciting Game, Coutinho and Ramsey star, but we have to settle for a draw

Our Villans have yet to prove they can walk and chew gum at the same time.  On the day that our brilliant new addition and local boy hero proved his potential, we failed to hold a lead yet again.

Fans who watched our Villans fall behind 1-0 to Leeds at Villa Park, then in a span of 13 minutes tear the Whites defense apart for a 3-1 lead, but lose their concentration just before halftime and let Leeds score the next two goals and rob us of two valuable points must have been exhausted and frustrated.

Still, there is lots of good news.  Our three goals were all excellent, demonstrating that we can score against any Premier League team.  Our new signings (Digne, Buendia, and especially Coutinho) were all outstanding and our own Jacob Ramsey is growing into a superstar before our eyes.

The mistakes and sloppiness that caused us to miss gaining three points can be addressed by the team leadership and, I am sure, will be.  In the meanwhile, we have to give the club time to make it work.
